For some reason my hlds update tool can't find hldsupdatetool.. it says "it is not recognized as an internal or external command" it worked fine untill today... D: any ideas?

also i can't find hldsupdate.exe i can only find hldsupdatetoolnew.exe and another one.. but for somereason its gone
