Got new laptop and transferred Garry's Mod files but AI disabled

I just got a new laptop and I re-installed everything from Steam to Garry's Mod and everything went fine however when i load all my old saved maps from my old laptop, every map shows that the AI has been disabled. I tried going in the console but it doesn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this problem or why this happens? please help as i really don't want to re-do the 100 maps i worked on already...

Type "ai_disable" in console. If that doesn't work, give "ai_disabled 0" a try.

Yea i tried that already and it doesn't work for some reason. I just don't understand what the problem is and why it won't work...
