No one can convert locked developer released GTA:IV models other than the original creator.

Just use the tdm ones.

To clarify - you can rip and convert models that shipped with GTA:IV, however any models created by the community are likely locked. The only program capable of editing / exporting these models to another engine is zmodeler2 which honors the locked file.

That is what I meant by no one can convert them other than the creator.

(I also know for a fact that the Pierce model he is looking for is locked)
