The Community Website "Garry's Nightmare" has been hacked. The guy who hacked the website, is called "Otis" And the group he owns is called "Her-Mod". Here are some of the posts Otis has Forced onto the website:

Hermod is saying it is Garrys wife who made the mod, and Otis says it's him... They have absolutly no reason to hack... Maybe it is a poorly joke? I don't think so but still, i don't think those guys are serius. Or, they are just extremely retarded? (no offence )...

1. Gmod now is nothing like the early Gmod. If you were around to play those versions, you'd know the idea for it came from Garry wanting to do specific stuff in HL2.
2. Oh no, Otis knows simple SQL injection. He's such a l33t hax0r. And by that I mean he's a skiddie and should be ignored.
3. He's obviously also an idiot, since the original Minecraft was a 3D building tool similar to Dwarf Fortress, and is nothing like what it is today.
4. Garry's Nightmare was a good website, and I see no point in messing with it. This just goes to show how jealous people are.
5. Garry wasn't married when Gmod first came around, I should mention. I believe he had recently gotten engaged. His wife only plays casual games, as shown by his commentary of Snabbo. As such it's highly unlikely she came up with the idea to make the Gmod we know of today, which is an FPS sandbox with a steep learning curve.
I'm pretty sure Garry isn't married.
I have just recieved some sad news. Garrys nightmare wont be returning. Although control has been regained, it seems that the website is going to be dead and no new news will be posted there. :(

Yup, sounds about right. I've started using a wrapper function to get $_GET, $_POST and so on so that it's automatically escaped if it's going to be used in any kind of user input.

$password = request_get( "password" );
They use WordPress, which I doubt is vulnerable to an attack like that.
