Changed the resolution it dossent help
And i cant change the aspect ratio or what its named i click widescreen 10:9 and nothing happens
Right click on Garry's Mod in steam, Press Properties, Then in the menu click Set Launch Options and type in: "-windowed -noborder" without the "". Also when changing graphics properties you need to press Apply.
Or make sure it says in the Options menu that you're playing in Fullscreen mode.
(Not Windowed mode)

Try pressing while ingame ALT+ ENTER
If that dos not help, well , than i cant help you ^^
