There's a tool that pushes props and you can choose how much you can push them by percent or inches. What is it called? D:
Easy precision. It used to ship with PHX, but then Garry implemented base PHX into Garrysmod, and a good 1/8 the (extremely useful) props went missing from spawn menus, and the tools disappeared.
