I've noticed the particles file and that all pcf files are particles for a specific addon. Pretty obvious there. But my real question is "how do I create one?" I've been meaning to make an SNPC and I need to add in certain particles for it. It'd be nice to get some insight. (because searching has gotten me nowhere)
