Some props unspawnable on my friend's DarkRP server

Well, we made a new DarkRP server recently, me and my friend. Almost everything is running smoothly, but there's a problem: You can't spawn certain PHX props from the spawn menu. I don't think it's that the models are missing, because you can spawn them from the ADV Duplicator. But they're impossible to spawn from the spawn menu.

I would say i tried all i could, but i didn't. Mostly because i didn't know WHAT to try. Does anyone know what could cause this? And how to fix it?

Maybe its Falco's Prop Protection...

Well, could you tell me how to edit the settings in FPP to where i would be able to spawn them? Or maybe what settings could disable them?

What addons do you have? Could you paste the server.cfg?

Well, where can i find it? It's probably one of those files that's on the server itself, which i'd need access to the server's files to get. Which i don't have. Either way, i dunno how to get it. If i DON'T need access, then how would i do it?
