Hey, gonna make this short I own a dedicated server and im looking for a strong community to share it with. That means We will make a few Garry's mod servers + css servers and pretty much they became your community's servers, simple. :)

For Garry's Mod only?...
Hm, sounds cool.
Well, I can tell you this much. Most of the strong communities out there are not ones you want to be a part of. Ironically enough, the playerbase of Garry's Mod means that most players prefer DarkDM, so most of the strongest communities are those that host those types of servers. One thing I can tell you is that you should join a community that is growing, rather than already established. Most community owners aren't going to want to add to their collection of servers if they are already doing well, since that divides the community. For instance, look for a community that has a server up, and join that community. Bring to the table something that community lacks. If it is a community with a DarkDM server, make yours sandbox.
Personally, I'm a part of a community I absolutely despise. The lot of them are under 12, and the only reason I even became a part of it was because the server owner (who knows nothing about hosting a server (I had to set up both FastDL and server files) and couldn't pay for the server last week so he had to beg a friend to do it) is my "friend". I hope to at least get more mature players in the group, and even out the playing field, since the server does host Tiramisu.
But I digress, if your looking for a community with a playerbase that needs to grow and change, I can have you be a part of this one. Hopefully the inclusion of another server will help bring forth a crowd of more mature players. But let's be honest, it's Garry's Mod, the number of mature players drops steadily each day.
I totaly agree, Loriborn. Most big communities are dumb. Just try and find a nice forum or something, where you can sit down and relax.

CS:S to.
But Loriborn I do agree with you.
I feel Splints Roleplay is quite good.
They have Minecraft, Phase Four, DarkRP and more servers to come.
(Still a small playerbase)
If you're intresting in some Serious Fear RP you shold have a look at this thread, http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1123556 It's a brand new roleplay style witch is based on the game Metro 2033.
Wops must been to tired when i readed this, i though you meant a community to join, not some sort of merge, then no.
OP, be careful. There are many communities out there that don't really want you, they just want your servers and only your servers. Also, be careful who you trust. I made the dumb mistake of letting people in twice, both which ended rather...badly.
The thing you need to know, is that most communities won't let you run your own servers the way you want. They'll have some restrictions. If you're willing to go that route, fine, if not, you're not going to find anyone.
I know plenty of server owners who got information from other people..
One server owner I know stole 2000€ from another server owner I know ö_ö
