Doug's fresh Community [Build/RP] says Hello - Garry's Mod

Hello , i want to present you my fresh Community ! We have a Build and a (DarkRP) RolePlay Server. [B]Server #1:[/B] [B]Name: Doug's Kindergarten [WireMod/WireModXtra+Addons] IP: 85.25.148.26:27015 Location: Germany (Europe) Map: gm_flatgrass Slots: 16 Mods/Addons: Wiremod, FPP, PlayX and PAC.[/B] [B]Server #2: Name: Doug's Serious RP [Law System/NPC's/FastDL/Beta] IP: 85.25.148.26:27016 Location: Gemrany (Europe) Map: rp_downtown_v4c (currently working on a own) Slots: 36 Mods/Addons: PointShop Additional Info: The Server has a Law / Economy / City Money System which is controlled by the Mayor. You can modify the Laws and Every Weapon (Legal/Illegal). You get every 10 minutes a Question with random answers, if you answer right you get Economy Points otherwise you Lose Economy Points. You can create Vending Machines and checks (500 and 2,000). The Vending Machine Supports the City by buying a Soda for $50 and the Player gets health for it. If the Mayor dies the Economy will be restored and the City Money also. The Salary depends on the Economy and a City Payday is also included. I don't get the custom law system, as it is already in DarkRP. Also I've been seeing so many DarkRP servers with that economy system. And that HUD... Also why is it a BuildRP on rp_downtown? Hello , i think because of the bad Format you overread the first Server with gm_flatgrass (Build). And no there is no custom Law System in DarkRP integrated.

I would rather just use a chatroom or ingame voice. [b]About the screenshots:[/b] Looks pretty basic. Not much I can say, since there doesn't seem to be anything original. Also: Don't use imageshack. Try tinypic or imgur. It's your average, run of the mill DarkRP server. However, there does seem to be a lot of effort involved in it. The admin seems pretty nice. Players don't look bad at all. [b]3/5 - Above average[/b] +1 Effort put into server +.5 Effort put into topic and website +.5 Providing pictures +1 Good admin and community +1 Actually trying to improve +.5 Offering a Teamspeak +1 Not selling admin/op/mod/etc. -1 Nothing original to offer -1 First post advertisement -.5 No link to content download Constructive criticism: Work on your own additions to DarkRP, or your own gamemode. Don't focus too heavily on a custom map. Even with a custom map, it can play terribly. Try contributing to the Facepunch community to build a reputation before advertising your server, no matter how it is or who you are. Link to the map and any other content. Please make sure it's hosted on garrysmod.org or Dropbox. No filefront shit. Otherwise, it's good. I've added it to my favorites and will hop on whenever I get another chance. Keep up the good work, and keep improving.

Anyway To OP DarkRP isn't a bad gamemode but its just the playerbase that full of minges If i were you i was switching gamemodes.

It's straight forward and it works. However, the servers out there using it that give it a bad name harm the good servers that also use it. A highly modified DarkRP is still better than a generic popular gamemode. I don't care what gamemode is used for servers. Only whether or not they're modified in a major way, or if they're custom.
