Get in contact with 16-Bytes, he probably won't just give it out for free so you may have to pay him for it.

On that note i've also started making a new basewars gamemode, liked the menu style from frobbo because it had a nice layout, so i did a similar thing.
It'll either be released for free or very cheap on scriptfodder.
