Problem with Combine Soldier Animations

When I spawn any Combine Soldier, Prison Guard, etc. and have AI turned on the model exhibits no animation. The AI works fine and the soldier will shoot at me, with all limbs stiff..but there are no animations whatsoever. This
problem seems to be only with Combine soliders. Any help to restore animations to the models would be greatly appreciated.
