I am proud to present to you a new Flood Remake!
It's a back-end recode of the original flood by find me!
All the server code has been recoded by Companion Cube from scratch!
This game mode will be private, only hosted on one server!

We have added a team menu, where you will be able to create your own name, choose a team colour, and it's private! Invites, Requests, and a complete administrative menu to kick players you wish you didn't allow on your team!
Flood seemed sort of well, boring! It's supposed to be a boat, so why just float there? So we added a little more kick to the game mode, allowing you to purchase an engine! That's right, now you can control your boat in any direction you like, using a control box.
We have also added a new selection of weapons! At the moment, we have a selection of 26 weapons, which will slowly continue to grow. Really though, there is no point scrolling through all your weapons to fine your best gun, so we added a loud out system! You'll be able to choose 1 gun from each category to take into battle. You'll also be allowed to choose 2 special items.
Remember those days you attempted to get back on your boat, and sink to the bottom of the map? Why not attach a ladder, or a pull up bar? Could even help if you make a multi-leveled boat. ;)

Surprisingly, this looks fun.
Dont knock this until you try it... I helped beta test it and its great.
There is still a lot of work to be done, but we wanted to put it up for public testing. :)

I tried the server, it's not nearly noob-friendly enough just like regular Flood :3:
Updated - Added a few more weapon selections, including C4.
Mountable Turrets coming soon.

Yes I'm sorry about it at the moment.
We're having some issues with money not saving, and a lot of bs.
We'll look into improving it.

This deserves a lot more attention than it's getting. I love this mod.
It's alright, we've come to the realization that this may not take off as we expected. So as of now we are not continuing the development of Flood, and will be working on a different project.
The gamemode is up for grabs for anyone interested in continuing the development, hosting it - so forth.
