tf2 npcs, if im not mistaken, use nextbot navigation, which is not fully implemented in gmod yet. i seen some citizen reskins as tf2 characters, but thats it. i have never saw actual tf2 bots in gmod.
I've seen L4D Zombies implemented into Gmod using Nextbot. No idea how you would go about doing that though.
