Did anyone recently today get a 8.4 Mb. It wasn't a workshop update.
There was an update today, but I'm not sure of the size. Later, just go [URL="http://www.garrysmod.com/updates/"]here[/URL] to know if there is an update
It was a hotfix for what I think was an issue with the addition of the new Steam API. Don't take my word on it though.

They rolled back the new version of the Steam API back to the old one.
