Well, obvious choices would be most EvoCity maps and potentially one of the larger Downtown maps. There is a list of maps at [url]https://garrysmods.org/browse/type/maps[/url] ;This site was graciously made by adamdburton and garry directed the old downloads site here. You can find just about anything you're looking for. If you want a map that is extremely large, you can go to [url]https://garrysmods.org/download/2587/gm-worldwide[/url] ; However, it is very taxing on systems and players would have to build their own houses.
If you get a big map you will need good hosting and Big maps will require vehicles because no one wants to walk everywhere and TDM causes lag...
