How can i create a bill with an amount on it ?

Hello everybody,
I want to know if it's possible to create a bill, not like this one:

But like this (with an amount on it):

Because i want to create fake money with E2, and if there isn't an amount on the bill,
we can observe cleary that it's a fake.

And i want to know also if we can hide the informations of an E2 when we aim it.
