Does anyone know the name of this camera mod? (Not RT Camera)

I have been looking for an addon / mod that gives me a camera and a tv to put in the entities tab on my darkrp server. One of the entities is a camera and on that camera you can select the channel to sync it to.
The other entity is a monitor/tv that you can select which camera to view by changing the channel. It shows a red REC sign in the top right and in the top left it shows what camera it is viewing. Here is what they look like: [url]http://prntscr.com/awa89l[/url]
