Gmod "Recently uploaded" mods not correct/same with steam workshops "Most recent" mods???

Typically I get 5 downloads per 1 view on my mod(the one view is a person who looks on the actual steam page) The thing is for my most recent mod it was the exact opposite. SO I decided to look around to see what is wrong as this never happens.

My mod is the most recent in vehicles, but in garrys mod recently uploaded, Im put behind lots of other mods. This has never happened to me before.

Nothing to worry about, but it does drive me nuts that not a lot of people will be able to find my mod.

Is there something Im missing? DId they make it so mods released days ago show up as most recent?

I also looked and mods that were posted behind mine, are also not showing up in their correct slot.

My mod(Subscribed in green) was released 15 mins before this image. and is showing most recent on the workshop. Why would it be behind 11 other mods who arent most recent(And more than likely belong in those slots in trending)

Edit: Some ones also recently released like parakeet pills pack and "traffic & parking enforcment" were released only 2-4 before me, and are listed as 9th and 20th most recent respectively.

It appears other people are having problems. No mod is moving in the workshop, at all.
