Can easy precision still be used to crash servers?

I've heard from quite few, that stacker tool from steam workshop the official can be used to crash server?
If this is true? what cause it to crash the server?

Usually stacker is abused by stacking props into the world and then unfreezing them. The resulting collisions bombard the CPU and cause the game to crash.

Are you talking about Precision Tool or Stacker? I hope that crash bug is gone in Precision, or we'll have to squash it!
