Russian servers disappear from gmod server browser

Hello Facepunch!
For a long time (4-5 months) I see the russian servers (Zombie Survival gamemode) disappeared from gmod server browser but not from the original server browser.
This gmod problem or something like a black list?

It's more likely due to the GeoIP Filter somehow being affected in this case, preventing you from normally finding servers.

But then again, could be horribly wrong.
