Rebinded keys and unauthorized config modification

hi Facepunch, so im not sure if this is the right place to make this thread but basically, in gmod i joined a server called 'Join if you dare' and when i joined my gmod froze and then i restarted my Pc after that i joined my favorite RP server and i started saying weird stuff in chat and i coulf only use the W button and all other buttons were rebinded, how do i get rid of this and why does gmod allow modification to other peoples binds like wtf.

Probably rebinded it clientside. Just type unbindall and rebind all your keys manually.

i did, but my config keeps resetting did he hack my pc aswell?

Probably an autoexec thing. Delete your cfg folder, turn off Steam Cloud sync, and verify the game.

They don't. It was probably an exploit or you have gmcl_cvar3 in lua/bin.
