Garry's Mod is weird for me and I need serious help

So basicly this has been happening for the past month but Garry's mod has become a nightmare for me.

-When I break a model, it disappears, no gibs or anything
-Some weapon models, like the crossbow, glitch up
-Gmod keeps on putting in the settings to low every time I start it
-Lights don't work
-Ragdolls (both normal and HWM) have transparent eyeballs
-Faceposer does not work
-When I do the dynamic lighting trick that BorMachine talked about in his videos, it loads the GMOD session but I can't see anything, only the loading screen
-When I load the player models screen, it crashes

I need help. I've tried many ways to fix it but no hope:
-I used -dxdiag 90 or whatever to reset settings, nothing
-I went to the REGEDIT part of GMOD and deleted the settings, nothing
-I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing
-I tried cleaning the cache of the game, nothing

I also have 300-ish workshop items.

PC Specs:
-i5 6600k
-Asus H170 Pro Gaming MOBO
-16gb DDR4
-AMD RX 470
-2TB WD Black (where the game is), 240GB Samsung SSD (boot drive)

FINAL POST: FIXED!

Apparently I had some shitty autoexec.cfg file that fricced up the game. I've deleted it and replaced it with no text except for r_lod 0.
