Hello if you're reading this i badly need help with my gmod deticated server, I have Everything setup fine but when my freinds join it keeps saying "map is missing"
any ideas?
Make sure they have the correct map addon installed and no other maps enabled.

What do you mean? so they have to have installed the map? and therefore i cant workshopdl it?
And the server im trying to make is public for anybody to join so its everybody but me thats having issues
You using tcadmin? If thats the case make sure you sync the maps in the fastdl sync.
Your dedicated server might have maps that you didn't add via the Workshop Collection. Backup and clear /garrysmod/maps and recheck the WorkshopDL settings. Also check the logs when the error message shows up.
