I have a military RP server and I believe that to have an interface like this when you load in, to quick select what you want to be would be fabulous.

It is likely custom, you will have to learn Lua and make your own. This should be quite easy to create, simply look up how to make derma frames and buttons, then when player clicks on a button, set their job.
