(WireMod) Automatic Dispenser Question (No, not a vending machine)

I recently watched this ages old video called My Gmod Fort and at one part they have a dispenser that drops out explosive barrels. Not like a vending machine prop, but a big bulky box that opens and drops out barrels.

How do I make that?
