OIFY Music using gm_beep.dll

Put the file in [b]garrysmod/lua/autorun/client/[/b]
and the module goes to [b]garrysmod/lua/includes/modules/[/b]

If you put it on your server, the owner may hear the OIFY Song :)

I'm still tweaking the pitching and algorithms currently, the sound currently dives at low pitches
