I'm using the keypad and cracker pack as seen below.

I remember this happening two years ago when I'd play too. Randomly the keypads stop working and I see the following error in the console.
It seems to be PER PERSON too, not exactly the server. If you relog before your stuff is auto-deleted then make new keypads it will work again with everything you made.
"FCVAR_SERVER_CAN_EXECUTE prevented server running command: +gm_special"
It's weird because things work perfectly fine for a few hours... then this.
