Paint/Hat Style Changing tool for TF2 props? (for Gmod)

I don't know how people can change the color&style of hats,or mask of TF2 items in Gmod..
is there a tools or addon something? original 'color tool' of gmod doesn't help at all..

It will be appreciate if I get correct answer! :) please help!

It should work with the Color Tool. It has worked for me for years.

But you should look for the Bodygroup Changer Stool on [url]www.GarrysMod.org[/url] and use it too switch Bodygroups and skingroups to get the different styles some items have, like the tf2 characters can have their hats removed etc.
