This is something that happened to me all the time, and took me too long to figure out. This problem is not your fault, it's the fact that the scripts are in the wrong folder.
-HOW TO FIX:-
Go into the your scripts folder. Inside, make a "sounds" folder.
Now, take all the TEXT FILES in "Scripts/weapons" and put it them in "Scripts/sounds"
Now play your game, and be happy.
No scripts? That's another thread, another time!
-Why is this a problem?-
Alot of the weapons on garrysmod.org are just hexed from FPS Banana. Most FPS Banana Weapons are for counter-strike, which uses scripts/weapons, while garrysmod uses scripts/sounds.
