no I was in a game of TF2 and there was a glitch that resulted in these weapons.
It's just the weapon models stuck together, nothing to see here.
Hope it wasn't a glitch otherwise the models could be 'i think' a easy way to turn them to sweps.
(I have no wish to know why is that there, but thanks for the dump rating, I appreciate all those)

Don't worry, at first I was like "WHAT?!?!?!" When I saw them and thought they part of the update but they were just on the ground if you look at this fake picture I made of it "being an update"-
