Have you ever played Hotline Kavkaz? It's russian parody for Hotline Miami. If you never heard of it, then just look at [URL="http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=322167876"]it[/URL].
So, that addons adds some models from that game like V for Vendetta mask, /b/tard's bag, Jaguar/Yashka(russian alcohol energy drink), Shaverma(some kind of russian taco), 228 hat and FBI cap.

Also that addon provides some sweps like drinkable Yashka and Shamil's(main character of Hotline Kavkaz) AK47. If you're holding AK47 you can scream some russian swears.
You can have a lot of fun with that addon.

Looked at the game on steam greenlight and I thought it was abit too weird for me, then I saw this image on there indiedb page and realised this game is for me. I have no idea what he saying but I'm sure its crazy.

Yea, it's crazy. The humour is based on currently situation in Russia. A lot of caucasians(people from Caucas), Ukraine's Euromaidan, Vodka, Putin, Kadirov(president of Chechnya), Tesak and a lot of other crazy shit.
