I was thinking about life support, and want the following features:
1. Dying in space (not just underwater)
2. Different atmospheres for planets
3. "Bio-Dome" for controlling the atmosphere in
4. Alien species that require certain atmospheres
5. A vehicle for transporting aliens.
If anyone could make something like this for me, or point out a mod (or mods) like this, that would be much appreciated. Thanks!
You probably want to look at the Life Support 3 mod. You will most likely need SVN, but you can google for a tutorial. Here are some lists that have spacebuild and lifesupport addons in them:

try Environments mod, on your list it ticks the first two and possibly the third.

In regards to aliens it would probably be hard for NPCs to react to different atmospheres, im not sure if Environments allows this as i haven't used it. However with transporting NPCs you could look into the Gravity Hull Designator: [url]http://facepunch.com/threads/1085630[/url]
basically allows you to put stuff inside other stuff and it won't go flying around, like a localized gravity field. That was a shit description so you might as well look into it yourself
