Bodygroup Changer Stool ain't showing up on my tools menu.

I have extracted the Bodygroup Changer Stool and have inserted it, when I go to the Garry's Mod Extensions menu, the Bodygroup Changer shows up, but when I go to a map and want to Change the helmet for the Scout, I go to the tools and it ain't there, can anyone help me to try and make it shown on my tools menu. Thank you
