Fix smart welding for gmod 13

Hello

I was wondering if anyone could fix Smart Welder: [url]http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=18508[/url] for Garry's Mod 13?

Or if anyone knows if there is a similar tool that does the same thing? I tried to search in the workshop but I couldn't find any smart welder.
