Don't want to be a big downer here, but nothing much has changed, I can list nearly every change in three points:
- New Fonts
- More printers & npc's
- Halo effects

Guys, just because for the most part everyone hates darkrp, doesnt mean you can just hate all over other people's effort. Give him some constructive criticism or some ideas to work off of so he can make darkrp not shitty. The server really isnt bad compared to 99% of DarkRP servers.
All I'm saying is give him a chance to make his gamemode unique, we all had to start somewhere too.
My bad, here are some ideas:
[B] - [/B]Rename you're server and make it more original - also, wastelandrp does not describe you're gamemode in any way
[B] - [/B]Vary the fonts you use and remove you're current font, it looks really bad from medium-distance
[B] - [/B]Vary you're NPC models and add an option to disable halo's
[B] - [/B]Remove printers
[B] - [/B]Add a category system in you're entities tab
[B] - [/B]Add a NPC that you buy entities from
[B] - [/B]List how much you will pay people who help you
[B] - [/B]Make you're leadership system less diverse, too small for such a huge system - and rename all the 'Sargent' stuff; this isn't a Call of Duty clan and you're not 8 years old. I hope.
[B] - [/B]Remove the big image on the top left corner of the screen
[B] - [/B]Try and use a palete of colours that go together, instead of just green
[B] - [/B]Why would you go to a NPC to see a banlist :S
[B] - [/B]Remove the annoying scrolling green background from you're forum
And most importantly, add a USP (unique selling point). You have nothing that I have not seen before.

Alright, lets take this apart like a sane and natural human being.
All this gamemode is gonna do is add to the already splurging amount of terrible DarkRP servers that presently exist within Garry's Mod. Changing sparkles, glitter, and all that will not change how terrible DarkRP's mechanics are in the end.
In order to understand what's terrible with DarkRP gameplay/game mechanics, you first must ask yourself something... Are you really aiming for a roleplay script? Or are you aiming for a slow-paced deathmatch?
The route you are going is not improving on DarkRP's mechanics but rather glorifying yourself as a shit cops vs robbers server, and somehow I wouldn't be surprised if I joined your server, and the first thing I'd see is some incredibly generic picture of the "gangster" class, robbing some poor bloke in Downtown_v2.
I honestly don't wish to get into the whole, "Printers does not = new content" rhetoric, but until you can understand the core mechanics of DarkRP, and how they effect the playerbase, do not host a server.

Do you understand how the core mechanics of DarkRP influence the playerbase? It's a simple yes or no question.

He has neutral feelings about DarkRP, he has made valid critisims that you shouldn't ignore by just saying 'this guy dont like DarkRP so whatever he says must be false and idiotic'.
The only crowd you are going to bring in are little kids armed with pocket money - which makes me think is all you are after.

If you are still starting out in Lua why are you attempting to run a community and 'reinvent' DarkRP? If you cannot retain authority with skill, how can you expect coders with more skill than yourself to join you?

That ranking system is horrific. Just use normal ranks instead of crazy, irrelevant military ranks. Get rid of that green box in the corner. Don't have scrolling green shits on your forums. Change the font. Set a nice colour scheme. Get rid of those ugly tab gradients you have in the F4 menu. Don't bother showing off the law board as that is nothing new. Lua isn't an acronym, it is just a name.

I'm ultimately neutral about every RP gamemode, and only point to the faults of said RP gamemodes. If you honestly believe I despise a gamemode you are severely mistaken.
But, if you honestly wish to know what I despise, Racer. I despise people like you.
You resist criticism, you do not understand what you are doing, and more importantly you are a thief.
You are a leech upon the Garry's Mod roleplaying community, and like many leeches before you, have caused major stagnation in the name of your wallet.
I'm trying to remain as neutral as possible with my words, and as I can see you retreated from flak.
