I needed a wrapper for hooks to easily remove, disable, enable added hooks.
I came up with this for just that.

It'd be awesome if you added timings to the hooks... and cool graphs or something.
I feel like if someone developed a useful set of debugging tools, newer coders and even grandfathered ones will put more time into optimizing their code!
