[I][/I][B]News about the Reality Roleplay[/B] [I]Reality RP is a completely separate game mode that is made by Mr. Jocken. We will open up a completely new map, it will be two cities, you will really like our game mode we will set up! We also have some ideas from you guys about what you want to have the following in the server, How you can help us and get the better. Please write a comment on how you want it inside the server.[/I] [I][/I][B]What will come[/B] [I]* Custom Map * Job, Swat and police, bus drivers, taxi drivers, road crew, medic, fireman, mayor, Protects Mayor, Police Chief. * Salary will get into a mailbox, mailbox will be in the cities * You will be able to do drugs, weapons, own things * You must have a license to run the following, cars, motorcycle, bus, truck * License made by a npc as you will then get the test run * Police Helicopter will be there * Smoke grenades and flash grenades will be available for swat to storm the house. * Police weapons, they will be able to choose diffrent many police cars * Own shops * Own houses * VIP System * Rob the Bank, Rob player, Rob cars, but it is not so easy, They get a warrant on for everything they do. * The rules will be like in reality, it must fight, do illegal things, but the best part is that the police will come and take one, When the police catch the thief so he gets a menu and choose from what he has done that, Murdered, rest and otherwise, you get access and write what you have done, Other is always 25 minutes, Killer 30 minute jail, Fight becomes less :) * Subways that go under the city, Bridges will cost to get to the other city. I like the looks of this, but considering it's a Reality Roleplay I guess you could include one thing that could add a new gameplay feature that can and WILL make this more special than other RP's I've seen. Not to mention making it more "playable": Instead of having a job set as a simply alias you should have jobs granting you rewards not from your alias, but from what you do. For example instead of having paychecks, what you do is the only paycheck, everything you do related to your job would not give you instant on-hand money, but it will be added to your paycheck at the end of the "tick". For example a policeman that did absolutely nothing related to crime-solving would have $0 paycheck at the end of the tick, a salesman that sold absolutely nothing, the same, and he would not get the respective money on-hand because basically unless he's an illegal salesman, he would require to pay tax money to the government and such. Another "linked" feature to this would be tier two jobs and tier three, which once more would add a realistic impact to the "Reality" part of the Roleplay. The problem here is the tiering. By what I am going to say next is tier three jobs have to be obtained first before tier two jobs. Until there is no one with a tier three job there's no way to have a tier two job. What's the logic? Simple: Tier one would be government agencies, they mostly require a lot of tax and would basically pay the least, they wouldn't have any additional benefits unless police agency. Tier three would be Managers, each Manager can own one or more companies. Here's where the "new more playable" part begins. To become a manager, despise you not needing to go through tier two, would require you to receive a deed based on what company you want to run. For example you want to run a Bodyguard Service, a Shop chain or something, you need to receive a deed from the Mayor to do so, and not everyone can receive it, they need to go through an application/interview first so not everyone gets a chance to go full-on tier three, in fact tier three would be the most profiting, but perhaps not the easiest or more exciting job. After he gets the deed he would need workers. Workers would mainly sign up for a government service through the F3 menu, but I find that unpractical considering you can just snap your fingers and become a cop... Instead for the tier one jobs (government), you'd need to visit the job agency and then do a small interview that's not difficult at all. After you run a company you could adjust what interview you would like to give, what choices and how many times (chances) the guy gets to get the right "choices", or you can make text bars instead of choices, that way you can see the grammar of the person, or anything else in particular, request a CV (somehow) and basically the whole ordeal. Then you get to choose as a tier three either to accept him or not in your company, and what he does and such. Tier two would be the company workers, they would pay better or less better based on the respective company/owner, but at the same time they would receive other benefits and the ability to get in companies that government doesn't usually run. I never seen government run shops for instance.. And now for more schematic: Tier one is loosen jobs available anytime from the Job Agency from the government with no special attributes and they are limited to healthcare, firefighters, law jobs and perhaps others which I can't think of right now. They wouldn't pay that well but not everyone can run the above. Tier two is "working" jobs, they would require you to be more active because the owner of the company can fire you anytime and you could have benefits based on the owner and you have more to choose from including cashier, bodyguard, illegal salesman (To be an illegal salesman you don't need a deed or a company actually, sounds logical. :v). Tier three would require you to get a deed from the Mayor. You need to set up a fake (RP-ly accurate) CV and with your intentions of the LEGAL company (Illegal companies don't have tier three's). Once that is done you can choose to advertise your company and such, and you also can list it in the Job Agency that has a small per-tick tax you pay, you can eventually choose a limit of bank money you want to assign to that, and once that runs out you simply don't pay anymore and your Job is no longer in the Job Agency, but you can still hire people if you talk to them directly. In the Job Agency you can make an automated interview with choices or you can make text bars which you can review later on. Once you have workers you have profit from what they do, you can assign the tax on what you do, also considering the government tax which you need to pay out of the company's profits, let's say a government healthcare job would give out $200 First-Aid Kits (Perhaps bad example), as the worker for the tier-one healthcare job you would only receive added in your paycheck %25 of the service's worth/gain, the other going "poof" into nowhere or an economy system (?). As the worker for a player-run company, you could give out $180 First-Aid Kits where you keep %25-%75% of the service's worth/gain based on the Company owner's choices and the rest going to the Company's owner bank account, which also requires tax given to government that goes "poof" every time something is sold, basically the Value Added Tax, perhaps %10 of the item's worth. Sure having a big paycheck for your employees as a Manager would not give you much profit, but would be more appealing to bring more workers to your company and not to mention your company runs off your employees, which may not be active in small numbers but noticeably active in large numbers, because you don't give them "invisible and un-worked" paychecks unless you want to, you are just going to have ghosts in your company that bring you loss instead of profit. I could write more. But my hands... Hurt... They do no longer. Ahem. Let's say you run a Cab Company as T3: You buy a cab for $1000. You hire an employee for %25 pay to him, %75-%VAT pay to yourself. If he has a fare for $100, he'd receive $25 for his next paycheck and you would receive $65 if the VAT is %10. In 10 fares you would already receive $650. But that's perhaps a bit too hard working for the poor guy. In some more fares you have $1000, you buy another cab, you get another worker. You decide to raise their pay at %40, leaving you with %50 profit. Each receives $40 for a $100 fare (separately of course) now, and you get $50 off each, however if they are active you receive $100. In 10 fares from a single person you would receive $500, but there are 2 workers, so if they do their job right you would receive more than the previous $650. You get $1000 again, you get another $1000 and such, then you decide to get more cabs and workers. 4 cabs, 4 workers. You decide to give each worker a bigger pay of %60, leaving you with %30 profit. In 10 fares, they would only get you $300. But if they do the job right at the same time you receive $1200. The only problem would come to the people that need your service, but that's another story isn't it. I've talked about 10 cabs now with a big profit for the owner now, which is pretty stupid, a single person can do an undefined amount of fares, given which they should have a bigger pay with the same income for you (unless you decide to play the role of a corporate asshole).

Yeah, I will prove it later, We are working on basic things first, I swear, Screenshots would come.. We will first make the map, Then show you that this project will get up, It would be some hard but videos & pictures !
