Addon transition status thread

A status thread for everything that is working or not working in gmod 13.
Post with details on addons like name, whether they work on gmod 13 yet, where to get them and if anyone is working on them.

Post things that:
* Are actual addons and not just "I changed all text colors on the main menu to cyan"
* Are not fixed the moment you change "info.txt" to "addon.txt"
* Don't have general fixes like the one listed above
Say things are "in progress" if:
* The addons are popular enough (you can truthfully say that at least 30 are sure to want it fixed)
* Fixing the addons is a relatively long progress and not something you or the devs are just putting off doing
* The person working on it is really working on it. "He's the dev and still active therefore he will work on it" is not an excuse
Report things as gmod 13 compatible only if:
* When you use them there are no script error AT ALL. If you need to wait a week for garry to fix something than wait or at least say what is wrong
* No seriously if there are still lua errors it's not done

I will attend this thread as long as this is relevant.

Additional Notes:
* [b]THE TYPE OF LINK ICONS ARE THE LINKS[/b]. Do not ask where the links are unless one of the icons is missing a link.
* Reporting in this thread that you or another person are working on converting an addon is no guarantee that they will nor does it grant them an exclusive
right to be the one converting it. this is not an "I saw it first" thread
* If a dev says is not working on converting an addon don't bother him whether his addon is here or not. Don't bother him regardless (This is common sense but i just want to be safe)
* I can't think of a reason to do this but if both a link to a compatible version and a non-compatible, but if I would, the new links will appear after the + and then the old after the X. just a heads up if you see them both.
* If the addon you are looking for is not here it might be because you need to rename "info.txt" to "addon.txt" and that's it
* If you feel like being kind and formatting the line for me (with the images and everything), feel free. don't worry about doing it right, i'll fix them. you don't have to make that line though.
* Make sure you have the latest version before posting
