There are Fallout RolePlay's out there, but they have never been done right in my opinion. From DarkRP renames with no custom content and M9K weapons that drag Fallout's name through the dirt to servers that almost got it right (A good map, custom SWEP's, custom content) but just fail to make it feel like the Fallout Universe. I would be wrong to say there is no worthwhile Fallout content out there, because there is (HUD's, Models, SNPC's). However, these are single addons, and I aim to create a gamemode that would immerse the player with a combination of these ideas and some of my own. By ideas I [B]DO NOT[/B] mean taking other peoples work. [B]Everything shown is custom[/B] (With a couple of exceptions such as models/textures and Fallout SNPC's whuch is used for demonstration purposes/temporarily). [B][U]The reason for this thread being so early, is because I'm loosing enthusiasm to continue. Some quests have requirements, some quests are good karma, others evil. Level 1-3 Quests arent interesting, anything from there is. Some quests take you on mothership theta to fight Aliens while others put you inside a simulation. Sometimes you'll have to explore an old abandoned vault, find out what happened. This RP is filled with Fallout lore, with a deep understanding of its universe, a lot of backstories and explanations to things are added. References to Fallout events will be made, not every one will understand them. What NPC's say to you depends on things such as: Karma, Level, Choices etc. A one time questionnaire will be prompted on first connect, asking you to enter what choices you picked on Fallout 3 and NV such as faction, name, who you killed, etc. Some choices will even prevent you from starting quests. 10/10 This looks really good, but my opinion is this should be left to bethesda garry's mod doesn't have the graphics for something like fallout 3 - 4 - new Vegas :)

Holy shit, that's amazing. Good job, that 15 minute video was nice but you might want to make that big monster a little easier. If I played I wouldn't want to have to buy more and more ammo per enemy you kill. Amazingly great job with the UI.

I give you credit for porting them over. What I won't give credit for is the map. It uses models ported by you but it isn't a modified version.

If you want to discuss this further add me on steam. Using the same models means that there's a high chance of things looking similar. No large sections were ported over. It may have a similar Nipton layout but that's a coincidence.

They're the exact same, I recognize all the shaders that we had on the models and some models have modifications that were specific to us. Hopefully people are a lot more grateful for the gamemode you made vs. everything myself and Dusty did.

And ask yourself, would rather have me make my own version of the map or use your map upfront. I had the decency to at least do this. I'm sure people are also more interested in the gamemode rather then the models :)

this guy has been difficult and made a show for the sake of it it shows a lack of honor. This is pretty cool. I'm definitely going to keep my eye on this. Also, I hate to nitpick, but in the image showing you discovering an area, the word "Discovered" is misspelled.

Looks sick; loving the UI, Does anybody remember that old ass Fallout Mod gamemode that was basic as crap and you literally did nothing but PvP, or control that train that went from one side of the map to the other? I feel like this is the "more content, better coded, less basic" successor. (isthathowyouspellsuccessoridk)
