Made this a while back and put on my website, and decided to release it on here.
Desc: This is a simple script that allows people that have access to ulx cloak to see other peoples outline that are in cloak.
Install: Just drop it into addons

Put it on github, I don't see the point of having it so people can only download it from your site on a adfly type link.
