Anyone remember what mod added localization to moving objects?

There was a mod that came out a while ago, mainly for spacebuild, that basically made a ghost copy to store your hitbox and then made your camera localize to the object so that you could ride ships without bouncing around everywhere, and it worked for submarines too. Anyone remember it?
