Just made this today, in-case anyone wanted it :) Very simple announcement add-on that checks for superadmin group, but if you know lua it can be easily changeable until I add a config for compatible groups.
I mainly made this to replace the current DarkRP rp_tellall as I don't quite like the style.
You can configure if the announcement prints in players chat, the command used to send an announcement and whether or not a semi-transparent background is shown at the top under the announcement.
Command: !announce [time to display (seconds)] [message]

Could you make if optional to show the name of the person who types the message (above the message), or make it customisable. Other then that AWESOME ADDON! :D
