Flashlight SWEP w/ 3rd Person Model?

Anyone know of any addons for Garrys that include flashlight SWEPs with third person models?

I've found that having a NPC with a NPC Camera follow you in your squad on a good spooky map makes for a damn good Blair Witch expy. If I can find a good flashlight (or other light source) SWEP with a third person model, it'd make the experience all the more complete.
