Big Error message on screen when using certain weapons - Trouble in terrorist town

I am seeing a big red error message when using certain weapons (AK47, UMP) in Trouble in terrorist town. I also see an error message when a detective drops a health station (or whatever its called). I don't have CSS installed. Is there any way I can fix this issue without buying CSS?

There's a weird thing you can do to get the textures/maps, I'll PM you a link to a guide.
