Makes the NPCs attacks at the specific objects when created.

Fixed NPCs takes too much times to think (That's not attacking) and LUA Errors.
Fixed Languages Bug. (tool.bullseye_maker.desc & tool.bullseye_maker.0)

[POSITION] Sometimes the NPCs won't attack at the objects like Door, Fence & something like that. The npc_bullseye is inside of the object.
