Nothing crazy, but I had a really fun time making this!
This addon lets you extract props, ragdolls etc via the Fulton Recovery System, complete with the balloon ported from MGSV and Miller's voice lines! This addon also comes with a TTT version, which has three charges. c:

Great add-on but why would anyone use this over the flare gun other than the effects and coolness? For TTT anyway.
My life changed when I learned that headcrabs, legs and even mattresses could talk!

Maybe you could check the entity's blood colour to see if it's probably a human or not
i just added an update that checks if the ragdoll has the ValveBiped head bone before doing the yells etc, so that's fine
i also added a convar, fulton_ignoresky, to make them function a bit more like peace walker, where they'll just fly out anywhere.
