So I am trying to gather all the addons im going to use from the workshop and put them into one single .gma file, how would I do that?

You'd have to extract each .gma and move them into their respective folders (in one main folder) then pack that. Even then there is a limit on how much you can pack into one .gma (512MB I think). Also, wrong section.

so I just put all of the .gma files into a single main folder? and thats it?

No you have to extract all the gma and for example they all contain a folder named "lua"
then you must copy all the lua file in each "lua" folder and put it to a main "lua" folder
same for other folder
