Hello facepunch, for a while now I have forgotten about this project that I started and I have decided to release it here for someone else to take over. It is a recreation of gmod toybox for gmod 13, in its current state it allows for downloads from the site and mounts them live in game.

It lets you mount content without restarting the map/listen server
Toy box was cool because it let you install addons without having to restart your game. I really do wish someone could bring this feature back, or maybe recreate this same concept but with newer up to date code.
How do you install it? There's nothing about installation in README.txt file
The website doesn't allow access.
Gives Error 403: Access Forbidden.
