This picture weirded me out the first time I saw it, not so much the second.
The Spy's posing seems a little stiff, and the Scout's shadow is really messed up due to the arrows. Well...I guess the shadow isn't the only thing about her that's messed up right now, but you may want to fix that. Her face posing seems a little strange too.
